Wanderlust in The Middle East – 180 Minutes in Al Ain

I had a long weekend in Dubai and I didn’t book any flight so I decided explore a city close by: Al Ain.
In 180 minutes I managed to:

  • Explore one of the UAE’s most historic buildings: Al-Jahili Fort
  • Learn about Al Ain unique heritage and history in Al Ain National Museum
  • Enjoy the shade in Al Ain Oasis, a date palm plantation next to the national museum
  • Drive UAE’s second highest peak: Jebel Hafeet

There is a good tourist information point in Al-Jahili Fort, so I recommend starting Al Ain exploration there.

You can pick up this free map of Al Ain at Al-Jahili Fort.
