I have been living in Dubai for over 3 years now so I tried most of the rooftop bars and these 2 are the best in my opinion.
Level 43 Sky Lounge, Four Points by Sheraton
On the 43th floor in Down Town Dubai, that means you can enjoy a drink with Burj Khalifa view!
Even tough you are on the 43th floors you can still see plenty of skyscrapers above you. This makes you realize how high all the buildings are here. Walk to the edge (no worries there is a good railing) to get a nice perspective on the massive Sheikh Zayed Road.

How to get there?
By taxi: ask the driver to go to Four Points by Sheraton, make sure to tell it’s the one on Sheikh Zayed Road as there are multiple hotels with this name.
By metro: Financial Centre Metro station, take metro bridge over Sheikh Zayed Road, then it’s a 2 minute walk to the hotel. People are nice here, just ask if you can’t find it.
Shades, The Address Hotel Dubai Marina
While this bar is only on the 4th floor it’s one of the coolest bars in town. I am pretty sure you will agree once you enter and see the reflection of all the buildings in the infinity pool. I did not add a pool picture because I don’t want to spoil that moment for you 😉
You can chill in the stylish canopy beds, grab a bite next to the pool or take a seat on the balcony where you have the best view on Dubai Marina and all the yachts.

How to get there?
By taxi: Ask the taxi to take you to The Address Dubai Marina (make sure to tell it’s Marina as there are different The Address hotels in Dubai).
By metro: Go to Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) metro station, take the Marina exit and walk to the Dubai Marina Mall. Enter the mall and go to the first level and follow the directions to the Address Hotel.
